Diskussion der Cluster in Kleingruppen ==<br /> === Gruppe 1 ===<br /> * Die Einteilung in die vorgeschlagenen Cluster passt so weit, eventuell könnte man ein „Auffangcluster“ für Grundrechte, Nachhaltigkeit und ev. DSGVO hinzufügen. <br /> * Zentrale Rechtsakte, die fehlen sind EIDAS I + II und ECO-Design (ESBR).<br /> * Wie gehen wir mit Bereichen um, wo noch Überführung in nationales Gesetz ausständig ist (z.B. Critical Entities Directive)  Diskussion über scope<br /> * Die Visualisierung der Verknüpfungen zwischen Rechtsakten von Michael Löffler wird positiv bewertet (Knowledge Graphs und Wechselbeziehungen). <br /> * ATLWAS sollte ein breiter Informationsspeicher sein, ohne zu sehr ins Detail zu gehen, ev. Verweis auf weiterführende Informationen. <br /> * Die öffentliche Verwaltung könnte involviert werden zum Datensharing. <br /> * Bzgl. AIA sollte auch Rücksicht auf andere sektorale Regelungen genommen werden (z.B. CRA). Umgebungsregulierungen anführen, i.e. Richtlinien, an die AIA anschließen muss mit seinen Standardisierungen und Konformitätsbewertungen.<br /> * Forschungsdaten-Management als Thema (AIA, EDHS)<br /> === Gruppe 2 === <br /> * ECO Design und EIDAS zB fehlen. <br /> * Die Cluster-Anzahl sollte nicht unbedingt erhöhen, wegen Logisitik und Mitarbeiter*innen-Zuteilung (damit nicht in einem Cluster nur eine Person ist). <br /> * Es sollten zusätzlich Personen innerhalb der Organisationen zur Mitarbeit motiviert werden. <br /> * Es sollten möglichst bald konkrete Beispiele und Fragestellungen erarbeitet werden, am besten mit Praxisbezug und basierend auf Erfahrungen der teilnehmenden Organisationen. <br /> * Konzernstrukturen müssen mitgedacht werden, z.B. was ist mit IT-Verantwortlichen, die eingebettet sind? Abgrenzung NIS/DORA?<br /> * Es sollte periodische Arbeitstermine gegen und Cluster hintereinander gereiht, damit Teilnehmende sich nur einen Tag/Halbtag blockieren und an allen gewünschten Clustern teilnehmen können. <br /> * Idee, im Data Space Cluster auch das generische Konzept eines Data Spaces zu adressieren, z.B. die Rechtsakte und Rollenverteilung aus EDHS ableiten und generelle Fragestellungen behandeln.
