To avoid overlaps, the provisions of the CER-D do not apply if critical entities are required to take measures to improve their resilience under the provisions of sector-specific Union legal acts, and these requirements are **recognized by the Member States as at least equivalent** to the corresponding obligations under this Directive (Art 1 para 3 CER-D).&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
