Article 5 CER-D is primarily implemented by § 10 RKEG-Draft concerning the "risk analysis"[1] by the Federal Minister of the Interior.
- ↑ "'Risk analysis' [is] the entire process of determining the nature and extent of a risk, in which potential threats, vulnerabilities or hazards to critical entities that could lead to a security incident are identified and analyzed, and the potential losses or disruptions in the provision of an essential service caused by the security incident, including their probability of occurrence, are assessed; in the course of this risk analysis, all risks originating from natural causes or caused by humans that could lead to a security incident are taken into account" (§ 3 Z 8 RKEG-Draft).
