* Bei der Organisation von Beratungsmissionen sind Berichte über etwaige Inspektionen und Überwachungen nach anderen Rechtsakten (Verordnung (EG) 725/2004 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 31. März 2004 zur Erhöhung der Gefahrenabwehr auf Schiffen und in Hafenanlagen; Verordnung (EG) 300/2008 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 11. März 2008 über gemeinsame Vorschriften für die Sicherheit in der Zivilluftfahrt und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) 2320/2002; Richtlinie 2005/65/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 26. Oktober 2005 zur Erhöhung der Gefahrenabwehr in Häfen) zu berücksichtigen (Art 18 Abs 9 CER-RL).
