Alongside DORA, Directive 2022/2556 on digital operational resilience in the financial sector (“DORA Directive”)[1] and Directive (EU) 2022/2557 on the resilience of critical entities, which provides for individual amendments to several directives, were also adopted. The DORA Directive, applicable from 17 January 2025, must be transposed into national law by the EU Member States.
