Translations:Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)/20/en

Manufacturer means any person who develops, manufactures, or designs products with digital elements, commissions their manufacture and development, and markets those products under their own name or trademark, either free of charge or commercially (Art 3 No. 13 CRA).
