Manufacturers, dealers, and importers are required to transparently demonstrate to their customers how secure their products are, disclose vulnerabilities, and ensure that these are remedied. Furthermore, the aforementioned actors must guarantee that their products remain secure against cyberattacks throughout their entire lifecycle.
