The level of fines is specified in Article 64(2)–(5) CRA. For non-compliance with the requirements in Annex I or breaches of the manufacturer's obligations under Articles 13 and 14 CRA, fines of up to €15,000,000 or up to 2.5% of the total worldwide annual turnover may be imposed.
