* Verordnung (EG) 300/2008 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 11. März 2008 über gemeinsame Vorschriften für die Sicherheit in der Zivilluftfahrt und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) 2320/2002 
* sowie über Überwachung gem Richtlinie 2005/65/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 26. Oktober 2005 zur Erhöhung der Gefahrenabwehr in Häfen 
die die Kommission durchgeführt hat, zu '''berücksichtigen''' (Art 18 Abs 9 CER-RL).
